It flows in the depths of the body, a dark river
of muddied waters and deep desires
ancestral lymph midst furriness and urgency.
In it dwells a river dolphin, ready for the leap,
and it attacks so other rivers may be spawned
and life may not abort, but gush, gush forth forever.
