The Horse that Comes like Fire

Homero Aridjis

the horse spark music

distance drinker lightning behind walls

the horse

ghost or sun of the instant just ended

the horse that flies over the ground

the horse that burns

in the ritual speed of the animals

the sun finds him running through the dawn

agile as a poem
